Why should music not be image-like, psycho, horror, or fantasy? The Halloween concert of our Flirt Series will showcase how these themes appear in symphonic music and movie soundtracks.
We will learn, moreover, that John Williams didn't only compose music for films, that Franz Liszt's music is not that far from Hollywood, and that music originally not intended to be performed in a concert hall can also sound wonderful with a symphony orchestra.
